How long does it usually take to get a student visa to the Philippines ?
I want to study in the Philippines and I know I need to see the Philippine consulate,but I was wondering how long it takes to get a student visa and if I have to have the money to go there saved up before I can apply.

Several months I think. Better to start the process one year or more before you plan to enroll
