Graduating march 2011. Secondary 457 visa holder expecting to get a permanent visa within the 1st quarter of 2011.

Yes it is possible. My sister got internehip in Singapore. I got my internship in New Zealand.

Not anymore. For one - interns started on January 17 in most states. For another internationally trained medical students are no longer eligible to complete an intern year in Australia - there are not enough places for the current Australian students to do this.
