I think its better if you talk to your school's college or universiuty international relations department. They should have a program for foreign exchange students. If you want to, lets say, study in Europe, you need to find a suitable exchange student who will study here in Manila. Regarding the load, the school department can advice you with that and if need be, may give you a formal recommendation to the loaned bank.
