how to apply for student Visa to Philippines?
those peoples who read this who knows what t do please help. I'm here in Hawaii 15 months ago. I wanted to study in the Philippines. Me and my Mother looking for ways how to apply for student visa. The problem is my mother can't understand English. My auntie is the one who raise me up. Anybody there who want to help me? I really need help as soon as possible. where to apply? I want to go back where i cam from (Philippines).
