Where are you from? It's a piece of cake, all you need to do is to make a resume and of course you must be 18 above to work here. If you have guts to face interview and if you have a pleasing personality then you can get jobs here. English and Filipino language are necessary!

While studying Radiology, maybe you can work as an IT guy in the Registrar's Department. X-deal perhaps?
