I'm doing history paper and i need the opinion of a high school student from the Phillipines. 1) How do you view the United States?

I am not a high school student anymore. But if I were to answer your question, I suggest that you should be specific. Your question "How do you view the United States?" is very broad. It would be better if you contextualize your question (for example, my view on the United States constitution).
