It is considered an I.D. but must be accompanied by other I.D's such as Company ID, BIR ID, etc. bearing birthday, residence address and signature. Police Clearance is not much of importance, but NBI Clearance is very much needed.
2 :
No, it's not a picture ID.
3 :
Maybe but since it is easy to acquire one that makes it not valid like cedula or Postal ID. Police clearance is usually accompanied by NBI Clearance.
4 :
Nope it can only be considered as a supporting ID to the valid ID's. If you are having a hard time getting a valid ID, I suggest that you get an NSO Birth Certificate and an NBI Clearance with an ID. Please bring the following if they are available. * Marriage Contract * Land Title * Driver's License * Government Service Record * School Form 137 or Transcript of Records with dry seal * Other documents that show full name and birth details of applicant and/or citizenship * Voter's Registration Record from COMELEC Intramuros * Baptismal Certificate with dry seal * Seaman's Book * Income Tax Return (Old) * NBI Clearance For further info visit: http://epassport.com.ph/info/requirements/for/new

You must get an NBI clearance and authenticated NSO Birth Certificate for passport application.

Do you recommend this agency? And how are the students in UK? Can you save money?

i checked their official website. everything looks so promising but i'm still skeptical. too good to be true. so i did more research. 2008 was a bad year for them. their affiliate in UK went bust! but that's old news. maybe they have made new connections. then i found a website where kirsten applicants were chatting. seems like a lot of them have their visas denied and have to appeal it and the process just takes too long. http://www.kirsten-student.com/faqs/ - the official website http://www.immigrationmatters.co.uk/affinity-training-goes-bust-update-on-the-bankrupt-nvq-training-provider.html - the 2008 bust! http://bbayani.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=uk&action=display&thread=5061&page=6 - what they are actually saying with all that, i really don't know what to say. maybe swertehan lang.

Can a 16 year old student work in the Philippines as call center agent?
I am a 16 year old freshman in College and I want to work, part-time. Is my age considered as a working student? Any suggestions? Please don't hesitate. I am a Philippine citizen. Thank you.

I'm afraid not. I think it's better for you to start working in a call center when you're in your sophomore year in college. But there's a slim chance that you may start working even though that you're only 16 provided that you have someone to back you up.
2 :
your age isn't an issue but most call centers in Metro Manila i know require a minimum of 2 years of college and demand that you work full time.

Man, it is sooo easy to get a small job in Australia whilst at UNI, If that is what you are doing. Go for a place like Bathurst Charles Sturt university, maybe Wollongong or Armidale! There is alot of Universities in places with under 100 thousand people, so jobs are easy to get! Maybe just contact some universities, they would be happy to help you. Some places may even help you finaancially if that is a problem, they are really laid back so they will help a real lot! Hope I helped!
