Where can i buy cheap yet high quality laptop in the philippines?
Im a freshman college student from the Philippines. Im in a strict budget right now and badly needs to buy a laptop for my studies. Im reffering to LAPTOP and not NOTEBOOK. can anyone help me to find a great one that fits my budget but a high quality one? Maybe a brace of 14,000 pesos and below. Thanks a lot.

What are ways on how a highschool student can earn money?
What are ways on how a highschool student can earn money?
I'm a 16 year old, senior student in the Philippines. Next year I'll be able to drive a car and I really want to get a New Beetle which is expensive. My mother will pay for most of it, but I have to contribute a little. I'd like to know how I can earn money? You know, sources of extra income. Please take into consideration the fact that the Philippines has very few job opportunities and I am a minor. All suggestions will be very much appreciated. :)

I advice you to learn Affiliate or Internet marketing. That way you can earn extra income rom school. Who knows you may come out from school not needing to work for any BOSS. call center. it's good money, stressful work and you can set your hours to be just about anything. that's how i survived my school years. and i know that call centers are popping up all over the place in the philippines.

You can Earn great money online fast free so easy. You only need to be 13 to join , I put together a blog of some of the best places to make cash online free, most of them you get a check every month and there is one that i make tons from every month , When i started i made $200 my first month now i am makeing around $500 a month , and i only get on it about 15 minutes a day, so thats good money to spend 15 minutes a day typing.... give it a try collect one check and you will be hooked http://www.freewebs.com/eazymoneyonline/

Im 16 and in the same situation, I actually just got my car today (not new but I still have to kick in about $1000 towards it) and I make money online using a GPT site called cashcrate. I am in the USA and the site pays in US currency but the payment will be converted to your native currency, and if US currency is worth more than your currency then you are very lucky because it will be worth more than what it would be in the US. That would be FEU or UST... UST is better though... bigger campus =) It won't be that cheap though, well if your a foreigner it is. The tuition fee would be $1500 every 6 month I think. please don't go to Ateneo they suck at nursing.

Hi! fellow pinoys in the US or to the people that have booked flights below a thousand dollars that went to philippines. I am a student here in the US, and I am seeking for very cheap airfares going to philippines this december planning to get back mid january, I wanna see my family and loved ones there and spend time christmas season with them. I will really appreciate it if you can help me find cheapest ticket price to philippines :) thank you for the time!

You can check out http://www.philippineairlines.com/home. Although during that period (Dec 2009 to January 2010), plane fares are usually quite high.

That is the peak season, but if your departure is early December you might get a cheaper rate (maybe the cutoff date is December 8, but it could vary depending on the airline). After that date the rates are higher. Try cheaptickets, Expedia, etc., or call a local travel agent. Good luck and enjoy your visit.

your best bet will be going through ticket consolidators - ticket agents with access to consolidator tickets from airlines going to the philippines. buying air tickets to the philippines is NOT the same as buying domestic u.s. or even u.s. to europe tickets where you can find best deals online. in all the years i've been buying tickets for my family and myself, i have not found online deals (and yes, i check pretty much everything that's out there) that have beaten consolidators/ticket agent prices. neither have any of those travel agencies found at malls. find a good/honest one. i usually go with those recommended by people i know - including the current one who is my co-worker's sister. they will tell you the deals if any. the problem is that your scheduled travel time is peak season so it will be high regardless. it still helps to save even just a little though. by the way, start saving at least $1200 or so for airfare. you might be lucky to come across deals though. good luck.
