hindi pwede,, kasi baka gastusin lng ng gastusin ng bata ung pera ng mga magulang. if your parents are real far from you, i think they should give you one, but don't abuse it! ok???

In order to be given a credit card where you are the principal card holder, the issuing bank needs to see proof of income, the most common evidence for which would be the income tax return (ITR). If you can produce these documents even if you're still a student, most banks will issue a credit card to you. In the application form, banks will also ask you questions about your ownership of property (vehicles, house, etc.). This isn't like the US where credit-card companies issue cards to students.

You might try Equitable PCI or CitiBank. Be careful though as credit cards can become a trap. Credit cards can entice you to spend money on things that aren't needs. Remember you have to pay everything back that you borrow with interest.
