I am a fifteen-year old student from Philippines.Is there any specific requirements in applying scholarship?
I really had a yearning of becoming an exchange student .To be true, I believe it will help me grow towards a better person with a lot sense of humanity! I love to learn!

i'm not too sure, but i think you only need to show your past grades every semester to the dean. then you would be a scholar.. but there are ofcourse grade limits depending on the school.
