Where to get a student visa to the Philippines ?
I want to get a student visa to the Philippines but I don't know where to go. Another thing is can I rent an apartment while I'm there the school I want to go to has no dorms.

you'll get a student visa at the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation in Intramuros, Manila. as for apartments, depending on the location of your school... you'll find a lot of condominiums and units for rent around Metro Manila.

where exactly in the Philippines are you gonna stay anyway? well, if there's no dorm inside the school you want, then just find a place to rent (or buy) somewhere near it. i'm sure there are loads of house rentals like that. good luck on you dude. and welcome to the Pilippines. =)

The student visa is issued in the Philippine embassies/consulates abroad and not in the Philippines. So go search online for a Philippine embassy where you live right now and that's where you apply for a student visa. Before you apply for a student visa, apply to the school first. When you get an acceptance letter, you use this to apply for a student visa. The student visa is initially valid for one year, renewable every succeeding semester. Apartments are available everywhere. You can probably find one near the school you want to attend, depending where the school is (you didn't mention it).
