can i withdraw in pay pal using bank account from Philippines but i am unverified?
i am student from Philippines cant afford to get CC/other card in order to get verified in pay pal, and here is the bank i plan to apply www.bdo.com.ph check it out please. if i can use it in pay pal, if i cant do a way to withdraw how can i get my money in pay pal?

Nope, you can't withdraw or send paypal money unless you're a verified member. BDO debit card can get your Paypal verified once you call Paypal hotline and there will be a customer service who is smart enough to help you out. But then if you want faster verification process use Union Bank's Eon card, it will take weeks to get your Eon card but it has no maintaining balance and it can easily get you verified. I think getting Eon card is P500 (please research for that, I knew that fee 2 years ago).
