Are there any organizations that have been successful on getting students visa from the Philippines?
I tried to sponsor a student to study nursing in the USA to study nursing. It was denied. I showed I had funds to sponsor the student and the student had ties and would return to the USA. I was willing to put up a bond. The consulant did not even look at any of the documents and in two minutes denied the visa.

i think it cannot be; consult the lawyer or know first the rules in the Philippines..
