Everyone applies for a visa on their own merits. If you want to apply for an individual tourist visa your best first step is to make contact with a real travel agency where you live that is familiar with the documentation requirements: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1265.html As a student you may be better off visiting the USA with an organized school tour - ask at your school about options. Good luck!

There are two sources for student loans -- the federal government and private lenders. In order to obtain most federal student loans, you will first need to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). In most<!--instances the FAFSA is required for all federal financial aid including federal student loans. Deferment options are available while you are still attending school at least half-time. There are four main federal loan programs. http://best-loans.awardspace.com/student-loans.htm Federal loan consolidation is for students who are in repayment status or parents who wish to extend the repayment period on their current PLUS and obtain a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan-->you can combine all of your eligible federal student loans into one loan with a Federal Consolidation Loan. Consolidating also locks the interest rate you pay on your loan.

You would have to ask the University of Toronto about transferring credits. In Canada, medicine is a graduate program -- so it is unlikely you could transfer into medicine at this point.
2 :
You can't get a bachelors degree in medicine in Canada. Thus, as an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelors degree, you can't transfer into medicine in Canada - you can't transfer your credits into medicine - because medicine is really a graduate program in Canada, not an undergraduate program. Instead, you could transfer to U of T as a biology major, or another major of your choice - but not medicine. Not at the undergraduate level. However, although in Canada, medicine is a graduate program, most Canadian medical schools do accept some exceptional undergraduate students who don't yet have their undergraduate degrees, so long as they have over a certain number of undergraduate credits completed. So it's possible that you could get into medical school, if you're an extraordinary candidate and you have the right number of credits. But it's unlikely. Most Canadians get their bachelors degree first, then apply to medical school.

Canadian (highschool) student applying to a philippines university.. will they accept grade 11 credits?
I'm currently looking to apply to a philippines uni after I finish grade 11. I heard that universities in the philippines accept grade 11 ontario credits because the high school system over there ends at the Canadian equivalent of grade 11. Can anyone confirm this? I can't seem to find any information to approve or disapprove this.

I don't know where you'd look, but I'd say you're right, just because most universities througout the world will accept your high-school credits. But if you wanted to be certain, you might try contacting the university you have in mind and ask them specifically.

As long as you get your Highschool diploma and have your transcript to prove that you can apply to any university in the Philippines. You can find application requirements at university websites. I am currently enrolled at De La Salle University, you can try our website at http://dlsu.edu.ph Good Luck!
