is it hard to get US tourist visa even if i'm still a student with but with financial support of parents?

If you want to apply for an individual tourist visa your best first step is to make contact with a real travel agency where you live that is familiar with the documentation requirements: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1265.html As a student you may be better off visiting the USA with an organized school tour - ask at your school about options.
