You would have to ask the University of Toronto about transferring credits. In Canada, medicine is a graduate program -- so it is unlikely you could transfer into medicine at this point.

You can't get a bachelors degree in medicine in Canada. Thus, as an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelors degree, you can't transfer into medicine in Canada - you can't transfer your credits into medicine - because medicine is really a graduate program in Canada, not an undergraduate program. Instead, you could transfer to U of T as a biology major, or another major of your choice - but not medicine. Not at the undergraduate level. However, although in Canada, medicine is a graduate program, most Canadian medical schools do accept some exceptional undergraduate students who don't yet have their undergraduate degrees, so long as they have over a certain number of undergraduate credits completed. So it's possible that you could get into medical school, if you're an extraordinary candidate and you have the right number of credits. But it's unlikely. Most Canadians get their bachelors degree first, then apply to medical school.
