how do i apply for dual citizenship and and a student visa?
i like traveling and i want to study abroad. perferablly the Philippines. i want to become a dual citizen of philippines after i get my student visa. but i have yet to get my student visa because i dont know how to. graduating highschool this year please help well im american

You haven't mentioned which is the other country you want to hold Citizenship. To hold Dual Citizenship, each other countries should allow.
