Why are there no board exams for journalism students in the Philippines?
If there was, what do you think would it measure? consciuosness of events? grammar and literacy level?

If after four years (or so) of college taking up journalism and you still need an exam or something objective like that then maybe you shouldn't be a writer in the first place.
